REASONS FOR HOPE: The Raiders don't have any glaring weaknesses, are talented enough to offset most injuries and added four frontline defensive players to a unit in need of an overhaul. The entire starting offense is back, with the exception of retired LG Steve Wisniewski. The offensive line is healthy after a disjointed 2001.
