BEIJING, November 09, SinoCast -- The franchise program for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games has started, according to Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG).

BOCOG will formally receive applications from enterprises in the middle of this month, and the approved franchisers have to pay an amount of charge, which accounts for 10% of their sales revenue.
