HYDERABAD: Three members of a gang headed by notorious robber Khaza Nayeemuddin alias Nayeem, who specialise in shutter lifting, were arrested by the city police on Monday.
Police suspect that Nayeem and his associates were involved in the theft of seven kg gold from the agents of a courier company at Nampally on Sunday afternoon.
Police said Nayeem, 28, of Yakutpura, who was accused in burning a fireworks shop at Begumbazar, resulting in the death of 13 people in 2002, was absconding.
