A New York native, linebacker Keith Bulluck treats his portion of the Titans' locker room like a Manhattan condo, it has to have all the amenities--and a crowd is always welcome. It's not unusual to find a group of players hovering near Bulluck's home away from home. 'We spend so much time here, why not make it like home?' Bulluck says. 'I know I enjoy it. it's a work in progress--I'm always looking to make additions--but I'm getting there.'

On display is a $14,240.15 receipt from Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Buying an expensive dinner for teammates is a traditional obligation for a top draft pick on the Titans, and this monster tab was picked up by rookie cornerback Pacman Jones, who took out much of the defensive unit on September 8. "It's a memento from our first-round draft pick;' says Bulluck, who traded verbal jabs with Jones during Jones' lengthy contract holdout.

He draws inspiration from a plaque he received from his grandmother. Alma Smith. "I think I've had that up since my rookie year;' says Bulluck. who was raised in a foster home. "Nothing is impossible; you can do whatever you want to do. I am living proof of that."

Among the things he stores in the compartments above his locker are old playbooks, some college football cards of himself and a game program autographed by Steve McNair.
