TARLAC CITYTHE PRESIDENT OF THE Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines and another senior prelate yesterday appealed to angry supporters of slain labor leader Ricardo Ramos not to rush judgment on who was behind his murder.

Its always wrong and dangerous to make rash judgments, Davao City Archbishop Fernando Capalla told reporters shortly before the start of the funeral Mass yesterday.

When you base it on rumors not on truth, you make wrong decisions and people make wrong responses, creating only more confusion, said Capalla. …
