SEOUL, April 2 Asia Pulse - Kookmin Bank said Monday it dismissed two employees last Friday who showed strong resistance to its merger with Housing & Commercial Bank.

Yoon Young-dae, an assistant to the general manager, was dismissed for urging employees and managers to take part in a protest late last year.

He also led a lawsuit to annul the merger agreement.

Yoo Si-cheol, a section chief, was also dismissed for spraying combustible liquid during the protest. The paint thinner was not ignited and no one was ...
