SEOUL, April 2 Asia Pulse - A 3-D animated cartoon series produced jointly by South Korean and Japanese firms will be shown on televisions in the two countries in April.

Digital Dream Studio (DDS), a developer of digital content, said Saturday that the 3-D cartoon "Run_Dim" will be aired on MBC and on Japan's TV Tokyo.

Over the past one and a half years, DDS spent US$3.3 million on the production, the first 3-D animation in Asia.

The company's partner in the project, Japan's Idea Factory, will be responsible for the publication and manufacturing of 3-D games ...
