SEOUL, April 2 Asia Pulse - The Ministry of Finance and Economy said Sunday it will set up an Internet homepage Monday that will alert private citizens and financial institutions to the ways money laundering can occur and provide information on how to block it.
The homepage for the ministry's Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) will provide information on the FIU task force, the government's draft law on money laundering prevention, case studies of money laundering in foreign countries and news reports and other materials issued by the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF), a statement released by the ministry said.
