SANTA ANA, CA & PORTLAND, OR -- Markzware and Creativepro.com today announced that they have settled a lawsuit brought by Markzware against Creativepro.com in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Case No. C-00-01932 CAL, alleging infringement of Markzware's US Patent No. 5,963,641, entitled "Device and Method for Examining, Verifying, Correcting and Approving Electronic Documents Prior to Printing, Transmission or Recording."
