If you're trying to decide among several cars, one thing to consider is the car dealer. A CONSUMER REPORTS survey of readers who bought or leased some 126,000 new 1999 and 2000 cars shows a wide variation in how satisfied people were with their buying and leasing experience at different dealerships.
For example, on average, 81 percent of Saturn buyers rated themselves very satisfied but only 53 percent of Mitsubishi customers did so. Rankings are generally consistent with last year's findings.
