Irvine- First Regional Capital Advisors LLC has announced the appointment of Betty Bishop Donellan Esq. to its commercial real estate finance practice group. Most recently, she represented lender clients in California and specialized in the area of regulatory compliance. She is a 25-year veteran of the real estate lending and savings bank industry.
Pasadena- James R. Ukropina has been appointed to the board of directors of IndyMac Bancorp Inc. and IndyMac Bank.
Mr. Ukropina is also a counsel to the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where he recently retired from the position of senior partner.
San Francisco- Janet Parker has been promoted to senior vice president of risk management at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co.
Ms. Parker was previously vice president of field operations. She has been with the company since 1983, starting as a national underwriting manager of second liens.
