TOKYO, May 1 Asia Pulse - The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) plans to conduct a survey to assess energy conservation efforts at large-scale plants, and will issue administrative directives to operators that do not meet legal standards, ministry sources said Monday.
