BANDAR LAMPUNG, May 1 Asia Pulse - Indonesia will propose the adoption of a production quota system at a meeting of world coffee producers in London next month in a bid to improve the world's coffee prices.

Nuril Hakim, deputy chairman of the Association of Indonesian Coffee Exporters (AEKI), told the press on Monday that Indonesia had decided to table the proposal after observing that the existing coffee retention scheme had failed to improve the price.
