NEW DELHI, May 1 Asia Pulse - State-owned telecom service provider Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL) has tied up with WorldTel to offer basic telecom services in Bangladesh as part of the corporation's proposed move to diversify into overseas operations.
"WorldTel has acquired the licence for offering services in Bangladesh and MTNL will install and maintain and manage the entire system," the MTNL Chairman and Managing Director, Narinder Sharma, told PTI.
