GMAC Commercial Mortgage Names Don Tripp to Lead Shared Services Operation.

GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation's (GMACCM) Servicing Department has named Don Tripp, Vice President/Manager, to manage its shared services operation.

Don has 25 years of experience in the industry and joins GMACCM from Prudential Huntoon Paige Associates (formerly known as WMF Huntoon Paige).

Prior to Prudential, he managed all aspects of a $6 billion commercial mortgage portfolio, consisting primarily of life insurance company product, at Legg Mason Dorman & Wilson, Inc. Don worked at Legg Mason for 22 years.

Don will be located in Horsham and be responsible for managing the shared services operation, including maintaining and enhancing the existing relationships, as well as marketing for additional opportunities. GMACCM's shared services operation offers a variety of services, including cash management, escrow administration, and collateral administration.

The service can range from a shared service-type arrangement to a complete private label program, where all services, correspondence, etc. is performed in the name of the client.
