Professional and student designers recently were challenged to envision the shape of things to come by executing a new form, functionality, and technology for everyday objects in a design contest sponsored by Alias|Wavefront and IBM.
Using Alias|Wavefront's StudioTools software, the participants created a new look for familiar objects, using their vision and design experience to craft a style for the next decade.
