Adding broadcast-quality video to Web sites is easy if you only want the video to play back in a little window. If you decide to add 3D elements and post-production video effects and make everything interactive, though, Web site design can turn ugly. Anark's Studio, a new Windows-based authoring program, provides tools to combine post-production effects with interactive media. The software supports rich media content, standard file formats, scripting, and pre-scripted behaviors. Media can be delivered via http or Anark's streaming media player and content is rendered in real time on the client's 3D hardware for real-time interaction.
