Change is hard.
This time of year, millions of us are living out that truism. We've all drunk our champagne and made our lofty resolutions to change for the better. Then comes the harsh light of day, and we realize it's a lot harder to change than we thought.
That's especially true for those of you who have made resolutions to improve your aquatics facility. Because you're not just changing yourself. Sometimes you have to change an entire culture.
But whether it's a personal or a professional resolution, there's another way to look at it. Maybe the problem isn't a lack of will power or an inability to change the system. Maybe what you need are the tools to make change happen.
