TOKYO, June 1 Asia Pulse - Japan's Ebara Corp. (TSE: 6361) is to form a company to wholesale electric power.

The enterprise will be capitalized at Y490 million ($US4.12 million) yen, with Ebara taking a 65% stake.

Contributing the rest will be a Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp. (9432) group firm and Ennet Corp., a power retailer set up by the Tokyo Gas Co. (9531) and the Osaka Gas Co. (9532).
