OSAKA, Jun 1 Asia Pulse - Shionogi & Co. (4507) announced Thursday it will tie up with Aventis CropScience of France in the agrochemical business.
The firms will set up a joint venture in Tokyo on Oct. 1 to sell agrochemical products of both firms in Japan.
