TYLER MATHISEN, CNBC ANCHOR: The financial services firm, Legg Mason has beat the Street by 11 cents, earning 98 cents a share. That was on revenue of $637 million, and a gain of over 25 percent from the year-ago period and after the report the stock rallied to an all-time high, $4.28 higher at $74.98.
