Coldwell Banker Stucky & Associates opens office at 21st and Tyler.

Less than two months after acquiring the Coldwell Banker franchise for east and west Wichita, Coldwell Banker Stucky & Associates owner and broker Frank Stucky says he is ready to open a west office.

The new office will be located at 2121 N. Tyler Road in the same spot the Coldwell Banker franchise was located when it was affiliated with Dinning-Beard Realtors. The changes took place in January when Dinning-Beard discontinued its franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker and Stucky & Associates picked it up. Dinning-Beard became a Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. franchise.

Stucky had been a Coldwell Banker franchisee with offices in Newton and Halstead …
