Mr. Flynn's primary focus will be on pricing and hedging. He joins the company from Roslyn National Mortgage Corp., where he served as vice president and secondary marketing manager.
Ms. Spears' primary focus will be on investor accounting, payoffs and payment processing. She has been with SouthTrust for one year, serving as a manager in escrow services. Ms. Spears has over 33 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
