Citigroup has launched a new website (www.sf.citidirect.com) that will allow investors to download bond and collateral performance information on structured finance deals.
The Citibank site focuses on investor reporting for structured finance transactions, such as mortgage- backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities and collateralized debt obligations.
Jeffrey Volk, managing director, Citibank Agency and Trust, said the website reflects an effort to "enhance our clients' ability to access the data they need, when they need it and in the most convenient format."
The site allows investors to download deal-specific documentation, including the prospectus, pooling and servicing agreement, and loan set-up files. Users can also download current and historical monthly statements.
Users can also get information needed to contact the parties to a transaction, including the issuer, underwriter, trustee, servicer and rating agencies.
An online bulletin board allows investors to ask questions of deal administrators.
