The New York Department of Citywide Administrative Services is selling a pool of approximately 300 mortgages with total outstanding charges of almost $30 million to a special-purpose trust named the NYC Mortgage Sale Facilitation Trust-2001.

The sale is expected to close in June 2001. The trust will then sell the pool through a competitive bidding process on a servicing released basis. The loans are primarily on commercial properties located throughout the five boroughs.
