Mortgage lenders participating in the Federal Home Loan Banks' Mortgage Partnership Finance Program now have access to the MPF loan origination and servicing guides via the Internet courtesy of www.AllRegs.com.
Last month, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago announced that it was putting the MPF guides online. Notifications about changes and MPF marketing bulletins also will be available on the site.
The documents are being published through an exclusive agreement with AllRegs, an electronic publisher of residential mortgage lending guidelines.
Frank Whelan, senior vice president of the FHLB of Chicago, said that putting the guides online means that lenders have access to "the most recent, up-to-date information about originating and servicing MPF loans."
"Our arrangement with AllRegs increases our ability to post guideline updates and changes quickly."
