The new officers are Phillip L. Elbert, senior vice president of operations, and R. Brooks Sherman Jr., vice president and chief financial officer. Elbert previously was responsible for retail, wholesale and transportation operations with Hoosier Propane Group, which was purchased by Inergy in January. Sherman joined Inergy in December; he previously was vice president and CFO of National Propane Partners.
