MUMBAI, July 2 Asia Pulse - Delays in payment under duty drawback scheme to the exporters should be reduced to ensure smooth trade transactions, Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) N L Lakhanpal said on Friday.
"We will take up the issue of delays in payments under the scheme with department of revenue", Lakhanpal told reporters on sidelines of open house on exim policy organised by Federation of Indian Export Organisations here.
