GAITHERSBURG, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 2001

Innovative Communications Technologies Inc. (ICTI), a subsidiary of Advanced Remote Communication Solutions Inc. (ARCOMS)(OTCBB:BTRK.OB), has entered into a license agreement with Stratos Wireless Inc. (Stratos), a subsidiary of Stratos Global Corp. for use of ICTI's BEST(TM) (Bandwidth Efficient Satellite Transport) technology.

The agreement provides for ICTI's licensing of the BEST(TM) technology on an exclusive basis to Stratos for Inmarsat satellite system applications. The BEST(TM) technology was developed by ICTI for use with bent-pipe satellite systems and ICTI has several patents pending for the BEST(TM) technology and associated techniques.
