Although I originally developed it for Release 10, over the years I've updated pwidth.lsp to provide a wide range of options for globally changing the width and linetype generation of lines, polylines, and lwpolylines. Selected lines are converted to lwpolylines, and an option lets you match the width and linetype properties of a selected entity.
