Every year, CADALYST Image Awards, traditionally known as the CADDIES, honor the best in CAD-based design visualization. This year, we split the CADDIES into two sections: AEC and mechanical/manufacturing. Because of the volume of AEC Professional Still entries, we divided that category into exterior and interior design. You can view all of the winning images and download an entry form for the mechanical/manufacturing CADDIES (due in November) at www.cadalyst.com/caddies2001. Winners receive a variety of prizes, ranging from a Dell workstation for the Best of Show entry (below) to software from Autodesk, Eagle Point, and Microsoft.
