SYDNEY, Feb 6 Asia Pulse - Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc is to be sold, according to an agreement reached between Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd, The Coca-Cola Co (TCCC) and San Miguel Corp.

The share and debt transaction, announced today, has a value of about $A2.25 billion ($US1.23 billion).
