SYDNEY - Building materials company Crane Group Ltd (ASX:CRG) today announced that it expects its full-year profit before abnormals to be about 20 per cent below last year's figure.

In July 2000, Crane predicted its 2000/01 full-year result would fall short of the previous year's result by 10 to 15 per cent.
