LOS ANGELES, Feb. 1 PRNewswire-AsiaNet - PSAINC (OTC Bulletin Board: PSAX) announced today that it had concluded arrangements for a $50 million equity line through May Davis, a full service financial services firm.
The equity line placement will provide PSAINC with additional financing to continue its acquisition of interactive TV technologies and the development of its PSAZZ Network.
