SEOUL, Feb 1 Asia Pulse - Kim Yong-chae, president of Korea Land Corp. (KOLAND), said Thursday he plans to visit Pyongyang in mid-February to sign a basic agreement with North Korea on the development of the projected industrial complex in the North's city of Kaesung.
Kim, who plans to make the visit with officials from Hyundai Asan Co., is waiting for government approval for the visit, he told reporters.
"We intend to create the Kaesung industrial complex in the first half of the year," he said.
