CEBU CITY, Feb 1 Asia Pulse - Innodata Philippines Inc-Cebu (Ipic) has passed an audit of its quality control system to by the SGS last week and will retain valid status.
In a statement, Cherry Remoquillo, assistant vice president and head of facilities at Ipic, revealed that the audit of the company's quality system reported only "one nonconformance and four observations."
The audit result indicates that the company has consistently improved its quality systems since it was first certified in 1997, said the statement.
Gina Duran, quality management representative, said this was evident in the decrease in nonconformance and observations cited by external auditors during their visit following the renewal audit.
