H.J. "Moe" Hoff
H.J. "Moe" Hoff passed away on September 23. A member of the Credit Managers Association for many years and a key CMA leader in the 1960s and 1970s, Moe served as (elected) president of CMA of Southern California in 1967-1968 and thereafter served on the NACM-National Board as a director and then a vice president. Moe spent most of his career as senior credit manager of Household Finance Corp.
Moe was a dedicated "Zebra" and maintained his relationships within the credit profession after retirement by attending meetings of the Past Presidents Club as well as the annual membership Christmas parties and annual meetings. Mr. Hoff is survived by his wife, Virginia, their children and grandchildren.
