Raiders' keys to success:
1. Double-team defensive tackles Tim Bowers and Daryl Gardener. If the Raiders are to establish an inside running game with Tyrone Wheatley, their scheme needs to be predicated on giving special attention to Miami's run-stuffing tandem.
2. Involve fullback Jon Ritchie in the passing offense. Ritchie plays a critical role in the Raiders' running game as an isolation blocker, but when he contributes as a receiver the offensive scheme increases its dynamics significantly.
3. Provide safety support against the run. The Dolphins need to run to win. With cornerbacks Charles Woodson and Eric Allen playing mostly single-man coverage, safeties Marquez Pope and Anthony Dorsett should be freed up to play closer to the line of scrimmage in run support.
