Network Access Solutions (NAS) (Nasdaq: NASC), Herndon, Va., one of the nation's leading broadband solutions providers, has signed an agreement with SBC Communications, Inc. on a preferred stock conversion and new terms and conditions under which NAS will sell business-class broadband services to SBC.
