E. J. Henderson, President of CLX Energy, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CLXE) announced today that CLX has acquired a 30% working interest (25.5% average net revenue interest) in the Densmore Field located in Sections 11, 12 & 13, T5S-R22W, Norton County, Kansas. The 960-acre field consists of 15 producing wells, 7 shut-in wells and 3 salt water disposal wells. Production is from the Reagan Sandstone and Lansing/Kansas City zone.
