KOTA KINABALU, Jan 2 Asia Pulse - About 600,000 of Sabah's population of 2.4 million, or one out of every four people, comprise foreign nationals, according to the Population and Housing Census 2000.
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Bernard Dompok said the foreigners included those with refugee status, workers and illegal immigrants, mostly from the Philippines and Indonesia.
