BEIJING, Jan 2 PRNewswire Asia-AsiaNet - The highest state news regulatory agency in China has officially granted leading Internet portal SOHU.com (Nasdaq: SOHU) a special license to aggregate and distribute news on its web site. The State Council News Office has extended this license to only two commercial web site operators in China.
