Developer Jack Myers has found a new frontier: South San Francisco.
The CEO of Myers Development Co., who made his mark in San Francisco by developing two office towers in the South of Market area, plans a $300 million development by the San Bruno Mountain near Highway 101. The project will include a 650,000-square-foot office building, 70 single-family homes and 115 high-rise condominiums.
"San Francisco is the hub of the wheel, but the wheel is the greater Bay area," Myers says of his expanding empire.
