ISLAMABAD, Aug 1 Asia Pulse - Japan's state agency for economic aid said that it would loan Pakistan up to 4.032 billion yen (about US$32 million) for the construction of Kohat Tunnel Phase-II. Agreement to this effect was signed in Tokyo by the governor of Japan Bank for International Cooperation, Kyosuke Shinozawa, and Ambassador of Pakistan to Japan, Touqir Hussain.
