The Rev. Horace L. Sheffield, III, President of the Michigan Chapter of the National Action Network civil rights organization, will hold a press conference at 4 p.m. today at his church, New Galilee Missionary Baptist Church at 11241 Gunston in Detroit, to announce a "Strategic Buying Campaign" -- the boycotting of all Arab-American gas stations in the Metro Detroit area. A list of 50 black-owned gas stations will be provided to encourage consumers to patronize those stations instead.
