Abstract
Experiential education, the process of acquiring knowledge through direct experience, has the power to positively affect individuals. Does it have the ability to positively affect society? We believe it does. We believe experiential education has a role in helping our society become one in which love, tolerance, peace, and reconciliation are practiced values. In this article, we introduce a technique rooted in psychology called intentional forgiveness, a technique that focuses on reconciling interpersonal relationships.
