The Hall Co., a New York City public relations firm, is merging with a Maui public relations company called Grapevine Productions. The new company will be called The Hall Grapevine and will be based in Philadelphia.

Bonnie Friedman, owner of Grapevine Productions, is moving to Philadelphia to run the new combined firm, while continuing to serve her Maui clients.

"I'm gratified that my long-time clients are happy and supportive," she says.
