For the second straight year, the moves of Islanders G.M. Mike Milbury took center stage at the entry draft
It was supposed to be the celebration of the best draft since 1993, but somewhere along the line Islanders G.M. Mike Milbury helped turn it into a tradefest.
And the Eastern Conference, which has lost five of the past six Stanley Cups to the West, got a little stronger and benefited the most from those trades, led by the Islanders.
