DALLAS MAVERICKS: With the team looking for better backcourt production off the bench, one of its primary free-agent targets is veteran PG Tim Hardaway. Resigning Hardaway isn't a priority for the Heat because injuries have limited his contributions in recent seasons. Hardaway, who had a good relationship with coach Don Nelson during a five-season stretch with the Warriors, might be willing to play for the veteran's minimum of $1 million.
