Iverson's makeover

It's obvious that Allen Iverson has changed and that, in turn, we have changed (TSN, June 18). But it's more than about being punctual and fulfilling his job responsibilities.

Allen has matured into a tree warrior and leader. He has set a truly outstanding example. He had much of the nation roofing for him in the NBA Finals--a true testament. Here's a diminutive man battling behemoths and playing through injuries that most of us wouldn't get out of bed with, while still performing at Jordanesque levels with class.

Allen has been an inspiration.
